Attention! We are a consignment shop that trades in used parts in accordance with Part 2, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine On the Protection of Consumer Rights. Consumer claims for returns are made with the consent of the Seller.

Under what conditions can I return the product?

  • The warranty period has not expired.
  • The spare part has confirmation of the malfunction from a diagnostic device or a conclusion from a service center or repair shop.
  • The spare part was not installed (operated) in violation of installation rules or technologies.
  • Goods receipt saved
  • Warranty labels are not damaged and there is no other damage.
  • The product does not apply tolist of non-returnable items

How to get a refund?

  • You must provide your bank card details for a refund.return form
  • The money will be refunded within 2–7 days after the return is accepted using the method of payment.

Guarantee

General warranty conditions

  • The company provides a guarantee for installation and inspection of all spare parts, except for cases with special warranty and sales conditions. These conditions are discussed with the manager in a special order and are listed on the website.
  • Spare parts must be installed at specialized service centers or service stations and all necessary pre-installation work must be carried out to prevent damage to the purchased part.
  • The warranty does not apply to consumables (dust boots, gaskets, oil seals, tensioners, timing chain, etc.).
  • The warranty does not apply to body parts, optics, glass and other auto parts, the condition of which can be visually determined by their appearance at the time of purchase (grilles, linings, moldings, decorative interior parts, etc.).

Warranty conditions?

  • Spare parts purchased by the buyer with the wrong product code are not eligible for return.
  • Spare parts with a defect, about which the buyer was warned in advance, are not subject to return.
  • The product has no mechanical or other damage.
  • The product was used according to the instructions.
  • You did not repair the product yourself or change its design

How to return goods under warranty?

  • Fill out the product return form (download the form) and put it in the box with other documents
  • Pack and take it to our store at 404A Soborna Street, Rivne or send itby courier service

Without providing documents from the service center, installing a spare part is tantamount to self-installation.

What is the procedure (process) for handling complaints?

  • The buyer submits an application for the return of the part with a detailed description of the malfunction.
  • The company considers the application within 1 business day for compliance with the warranty case.
  • We inform the customer of the address for sending the return.
  • We accept the auto part, inspect it for marks, damage, etc.
  • We study the document of the conclusion of the service station or diagnostic device about the faulty auto part. Engines, automatic transmissions, gearboxes must have a conclusion from the technical station where the car was repaired
  • If a spare part requires special testing on the appropriate equipment, the test is carried out within 6 working days (starters, generators, injectors, fuel pumps).
  • If the defect is not confirmed during the examination, the goods are returned to the buyer.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the buyer is offered to exchange the product or request a refund by filling out theapplication for return.
  • The money is refunded within 2–7 days after the expert opinion is provided using the method of payment.

Who covers the transportation costs?

  • Transportation costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer, the cost is according to the carrier's tariffs.
  • If the return is made due to the manager's fault, then the shipping costs are at the expense of the online store.
  • The cost of car service is not reimbursed.

Which products can be returned and which cannot?

All products in our store can be returned except:

  • Sangiheina items
  • Products in aerosol packaging
  • Pipe products, glass
  • Electrical equipment and consumables (sensors, spark plugs, lamps, electronic units, oils, filters, fluids, auto chemicals and auto cosmetics)
  • The product was brought to order from another country.
